If you got the will to do things and the endurance you have great changes to reach your goal.

Make sure your goal is feasible. Read as much as you can in order to set your milestones. If you set your goals to high you lose soon your motivation.

Always reconsider your goal! Adjust Adjust Adjust.

If your goal is losing weight but you do not lose much then set other milestones.

I also created a website under http://www.goalsetting1.com where you can post your goal online. It has the nice affect that when other people know about your goal you go faster...a bit a stress factor...
