Great site dude!

I was given a computerised pedometer called Fitbug (http://www.fitbug.co.uk - it was on Diet Doctors last night) for my birthday. At first I was a bit sceptical, but it's actually not just a pedometer - they have a members' portal which makes a massive difference.

The site tracks how many steps I've been doing from day to day and then figures out a whole exercise and nutrition plan to fit around my lifestyle - and it keeps sending me SMS messages on my mobile to let me know when I haven't been doing enough steps.

The best bit for me though is the competitive element - you can set up leagues and compete with your friends. It gets you all exercising 'against' each other - I've become a bit addicted!
