They say that eventually your stomach muscles are stretched out due to either rapid weight gain or loss, or having children, etc. and that no matter how many exercises you do to flatten your tummy nothing will work. Is this true? I've had 3 children and I think that my stomach is my most problematic area and no matter what I do, there is no improvement. Help. Am I wasting my time with crunches and sit-ups, etc.?
